Company Policies

General Policies

  • All class attendees and participants must be 18 years or older.

  • We DO NOT offer refunds except in cases of class/event cancellations due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or immediate emergencies.

  • When attending pole and sensual movement classes, please refrain from the use of lotions and body oils.

  • Do not wear jewelry (i.e. rings, bracelets, anklets, etc) as it scratches the poles.

  • Please wear proper attire while attending class. This includes athletic attire such as shorts, sports bras, tank tops, and leggings for floorwork and flexibility classes. Note: Attire must been worn to cover all private areas. There is absolutely NO nudity.

  • Outside spectators are NOT allowed. All individuals present for classes, workshops, parties, or any specialty event must be paying customer.


Class/Private Lesson Policies

  • Advanced registration and payment are required for all classes, pole series, workshops, and parties.

  • If you arrive to class more than 10 minutes late, you will be denied entry and charged for your session. Due to safety reasons, we require all clients to be present for the warm-up.

  • You are allowed 1 make-up during pole series. If you miss more than one class, you will forfeit that credit. If you miss or anticipate missing a class, please email info@candireignpoles.com to schedule your makeup.

  • Class purchases and unused class credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All unused class credits expire after 2 months.

  • All monthly class packs expire 45 days after purchase.

  • Classes with less than 3 registered participants 2 hours before the scheduled class time are subject to being cancelled. If you class is cancelled, you will receive an email and/or text from Candi Reign.

  • For drop-in and pole series classes an 8-hour cancellation notice is required, or the session will be charged (or class package credit will be forfeited).

  • Workshop and Private lessons need to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If this is not done, you will forfeit your workshop or private credit.


Party Policies

  • All parties are required to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable $100 deposit at the time of booking to reserve their time slot. This deposit goes towards the total party balance. The remaining party balance is due 48 hours before party. If the remaining balance is not paid 48 hours before the party, Candi Reign Poles, LLC reserves the right to cancel your party time slot and you forfeit your deposit.

  • For all party packages, if the number of your party attendees fall below the 6-person minimum, you must make up the price difference in your smaller group.

  • If additional party attendees outside of the amount stated in your signed party contract are added after the final balance is paid, they must pay $35 per person in cash EXACT change prior to entering the party.

  • All party attendees must leave the reserved area no later than 15 minutes after the partyโ€™s scheduled end time.

  • Small finger foods such as cupcakes, veggie trays, and beverages are allowed for all party packages. A $35 cleaning fee will be assessed if hot/prepared food is brought.
