Drop-Ins

If you’re more of a casual poler and simply looking to drop into a class to dance and relieve your stress, drop-ins are for you. These 60 minutes classes offer a wide range of options. They vary from spinning pole, pole tricks, sensual movement, acro chair, floor, and choreography based static pole classes.

Pole Series

Do you feel like you lack the strength to be successful in a pole fitness class? Are you looking for a more structured program instead of a casual class? If so, a pole series is a great option for you! Our structured 6-week program teaches you a series of level appropriate spins, tricks, and transitions. During this weekly 75 minutes class we will also focus on conditioning and strengthening.

Private Instruction

Are you not fond of taking classes in a group setting? Are you getting ready for an upcoming showcase or competition and need assistance with building a routine? Do you just want one-on-one training to help conquer your nemesis moves? If you answered yes to any of the questions, private lessons are for you. Candi Reign Poles offers private and shared private sessions that are specifically tailored to what the client wants to learn and works on enhancing their week area!
